Government revises travel guidelines for international passengers arriving in India
The Government of India has revised the travel guidelines for passengers arriving in India. In its statement, the government said, "In view of increasing vaccination coverage across the globe and the changing nature of the pandemic, the existing guidelines for international arrivals in India have been reviewed." The fresh guidelines will be reviewed and updated from time to time, as per the health ministry sources. There have also been released lists of countries which would need to follow additional measures on arrival in India, including post-arrival testing (Countries at-risk). The Standard Operating Procedure shall be valid w.e.f. October 25, 2021 (00.00 Hrs IST) till further orders. Watch!
